He is a classically trained field adjuster with a professional blend of people, technical, computer estimating, communication, administrative and management skills. He consistently demonstrates excellence in all facets of Commercial and Homeowner Property Insurance Claims Adjusting, 3rd Party Liability PD claims, as an Appraiser and/or Umpire in Appraisals Under The Policy work (AUP), coaching and training. Evan coached/trained staff claim professionals for 12 years while at Farmers Insurance. Prior to entering the insurance business, he coached basketball and baseball middle and high school young women and men for 7 years. His avocation is officiating high school football and basketball – now in his 44th year.
